Enabling active sourcing to reach its full potential

hokify is Austria's largest mobile job platform, boasting 55,000 companies and 6 million users annually in the DACH region.

Our task was to redesign the old active sourcing tool to make it more attractive to both companies and job seekers. The primary issues with the old feature included lack of sense of security, low awareness, and numerous technical challenges.

The workflow of the active sourcing feature has been simplified with a new list view with preview, expanded and improved filters that are more tailored to the needs of companies, and clearer categories. On the jobseeker side, more attention has been paid to improving communication, resulting in better and faster responses from jobseekers.
